Sequences

A sequence is a versioned multi-step flow: send, wait, branch, A/B split, end.

Only email and LinkedIn steps are live. SMS, WhatsApp, and voice steps are rejected if present.

Building

Open Sequences (or the sequence tab on a campaign). Typical steps:

• LinkedIn invite / LinkedIn message
• Email
• Wait (delay)
• Branch on reply or outcome
• Split test
• End

Each published version is immutable. Edits create a new version so in-flight enrollments stay predictable.

Send behavior

• Email rotates across mailboxes on the sender (sticky per contact).
• LinkedIn uses the connected Unipile seat.
• Send windows and daily caps live on the campaign / sender, not only on the step.
