Senders

A sender identity is the persona that owns channel accounts.

LinkedIn​

Connect from Settings → Senders Accounts via Unipile hosted auth. Sending still goes through the connected seat.

Email​

Connect one or more mailboxes:

  • Google (OAuth)
  • Microsoft 365 (Graph)
  • IMAP/SMTP

Sends rotate across mailboxes on that sender (sticky per contact). Reply polling covers every attached mailbox.

Health​

Unhealthy mailboxes or LinkedIn seats pause sending for that identity. Check this tab if a campaign is running but the pool is idle. Pair with Deliverability.
