Contacts

Contacts is the workspace people database. Deduping is per workspace (email and LinkedIn URL).

Lists​

Static lists group people for enrollment. Signal-led campaigns also use a shared campaign list created when the campaign launches.

Import​

  • CSV from Contacts
  • Google Sheets from Integrations
  • Enrichment providers (Apollo / similar) when a signal or search needs emails

Audience → Search finds people by ICP. Use it to seed a list, then enroll into a campaign — or let signals fill the list for you.

Blocklist​

Settings → Blocklist suppresses emails and domains so they never send. Unsubscribes from email also land here automatically.
