1. In Telegram, talk to @BotFather and create a bot. Copy the token (123456:ABC…).
2. Add the bot to the target group or channel, or start a DM with it.
3. Integrations → Telegram — paste the token and the chat ID (numeric, e.g. -1001234567890 for a group).

After connect, Aetrix can list recent chats from getUpdates to help you pick an ID.

Messages fire on the same notify triggers as Slack.
