Connect from Integrations → HubSpot. Approve contacts (and optional notes/deals) scopes.

What it does​

  • Upserts contacts when triggers fire
  • Optional activity notes
  • Optional deal create on conversion (configure pipeline/stage)
  • Inbound deal sync for closed-won (HubSpot account sync)

Toggle Outbound sync on the configure drawer if you need to pause pushes without disconnecting.

If OAuth is not configured on the Aetrix server, Connect will fail with a “set HUBSPOT_CLIENT_ID…” style error — that is an admin/env issue, not your HubSpot login.
