Connect from Integrations → Calendly. Your admin must set CALENDLY_CLIENT_ID and CALENDLY_CLIENT_SECRET on the Aetrix API. Redirect URI:

https://<api-host>/api/v1/integrations/calendly/oauth/callback

On the Calendly developer app, enable scopes for scheduled events and webhook subscriptions.

What it does​

  • When someone books, Aetrix upserts the invitee as a contact
  • Records a meeting booked conversion
  • Registers invitee.created if PUBLIC_BASE_URL is a public HTTPS host
  • Polls scheduled events as a fallback (and Sync now)

Canceled invitees are ignored. Duplicate bookings (same Calendly invitee URI) are not recorded twice.

Calendly is inbound only — Aetrix does not push leads to Calendly.
