Workspace and roles
Everything in Aetrix is scoped to a workspace (internally, a team). Contacts, campaigns, inboxes, and integrations never mix across workspaces unless you are on an Agency pool.
Roles

| Writer / member | Build campaigns, approve Copilot items, send |
| Viewer | Read-only dashboards and campaigns |
Exact labels can vary slightly in Settings → Members. Invite people from Settings → Members.
Agency workspaces
Agency plans can run multiple client workspaces under one owner. Branding, seat allocations, and LinkedIn/email capacity are controlled from Settings → Workspaces and Settings → Branding.
Switch workspace from the sidebar workspace switcher. URLs look like /w/{workspace-id}/….
Security
Workspace admins can require email verification before send. Platform admins may also enable MFA from Settings → Security.
